Lonan Men's Fellowship - book

Culture Vannin provided printing costs for a non-profit making book that faithfully records the history of the Lonan Men's Fellowship between 1948 and 2012.

Written by the late Geoffrey Corlett, and Bill Welden, the book gives detailed profiles of some of the current members; photographs of the Fellowship through the years; history of the surrounding area including the etymology of the place names in Lonan and other subjects of interest. The Fellowship began with sixteen members in 1948, and in 2012 the Fellowship had nearly sixty members. Members of the fellowship join together to 'sit and listen, and to think about many things in fellowship'. They receive talks from a wide range of speakers, and enjoy debating and the friendship of their fellow men.
